ICTUZ is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our community. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. In compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, we maintain the following policies:
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
ICTUZ strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, or any form of child exploitation and abuse. Accounts found engaging in such activities will be permanently banned without notice.
2. Moderation and Monitoring
We employ a combination of automated filters and manual human review to monitor social interactions, profile content, and posts within the app. Our team is dedicated to identifying and removing harmful content involving minors immediately.
3. Reporting Mechanism
ICTUZ provides easy-to-use in-app reporting tools.
- How to report: Users can go to any user profile and click the "Laporkan" (Report) button to notify our safety team of suspicious behavior or inappropriate content.
- Response Time: All reports related to child safety are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours.
4. Reporting to Authorities
ICTUZ complies with all regional and national laws regarding child protection. We fulfill our obligation to report any instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the relevant authorities, including:
